Delivery Time Estimates

Once your order is processed, the delivery time depends on the destination. Typically, packages arrive within 10–30 business days after the tracking number is provided via email.

Duty, VAT, and Import Costs

Customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the shipping or handling fees. Since customs policies vary widely by country, please check with your local customs agency for estimated costs.

• Important: Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping costs, customs/duty/tax fees, and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
• This also applies to any duties or import taxes incurred for repaired or replacement merchandise.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number from the logistics service provider.

Re-shipping Policy:
If a parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees for a second delivery attempt:

• The parcel is refused at delivery.
• The parcel is stuck in customs clearance due to a lack of response from the customer.
• The parcel is returned because the customer failed to claim it after a delivery attempt/non-delivery notice.

Will you mark my package as a gift?

We cannot mark packages as "gift" to avoid duties, VAT, or import taxes, as this is unlawful.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card provider; it may take several business days for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at kikoailellc@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
