Thank you for shopping with KIKO AILE. We take great pride in our handmade products and epoxy lamps, and we aim to get them to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

As our products are handcrafted with care, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing time may be extended, and we will notify you accordingly via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship all orders from our location in Fort Collins, Colorado. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight/dimensions of your package.
  • Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. KIKO AILE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, please contact us at kikoailellc@gmail.com as soon as possible.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly at kikoailellc@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KIKO AILE is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

While we pack our items with protective materials, accidents can happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and the product, and email them to us at kikoailellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue for you.
