Shipping policy
At KIKO AILE, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Since our products are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process, please review the information below regarding our shipping procedures.
1. Processing Time
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, orders require time for production before they can be shipped. Most orders are processed and ready to leave our facility within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days.
- International: 10–20 business days (depending on your location).
Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing for international orders or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package as it makes its way to your delivery address.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. KIKO AILE is not responsible for packages that are lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can assist with reshipment, but the costs associated with reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.
