1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the date you successfully received your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and show no signs of user-inflicted damage.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories (if applicable).
  • For epoxy lamps, please ensure the resin surface is free of scratches and the electronic components are intact.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every piece carefully before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit:

  • Please notify us at kikoailellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please provide photos or a video showing the condition of the product and the packaging.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Return Process
