Thank you for shopping at KIKO AILE. Because our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. General Policy

Since every item at KIKO AILE is produced specifically for you once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, such as choosing the wrong size, color, or design. We encourage you to carefully review the Size Chart provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect size or design sent by our production facility), we are here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Notification: You must contact us at kikoailellc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Evidence: Please include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence showing the damage or the defect.
  • Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a choice between a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will initiate a claim and send a replacement to you at no additional cost.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. KIKO AILE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we can reship it to you at your expense.
